Manage research notifications with filters, preferences, and digest settings.

Tabs

• All: all notifications
• Unread: with count badge
• By Type: filter by alert, invitation, comment, reply, system, reminder, collaboration, booking
• Preferences: configure per-type settings

Preferences

For each notification type, configure:

• In-App (on/off)
• Email (on/off)
• Digest Frequency (immediate/hourly/daily/weekly/never)
